Wedding Bar Hire Packages

Your big day is as important to us as it is to you. We have come up with some great wedding bar hire packages for your wedding to make sure its everything you ever wanted (and more!).

WEDDING CASH BAR SERVICE
​

Our most popular option for a wedding is a pay bar. We know how expensive weddings can be so we charge a minimal security deposit with an affordable minimum bar spend on the night so the cash bar is then free for you. This gives you more money to spend on other areas of the big day. Your guests can pay for their drinks on the night by cash or by credit/debit card as we have mobile card machines. All drinks are usually charged between £1.50 and £8 depending on their ingredients and their complexity. You can always put some money behind the bar for your guests too so they can have a drink or two on you.

For our cash bar service, we would supply the full wedding bar service to include:

 

  • Our Wooden Bar Structure (2.5M or bigger depending on the number of guests) Or Our 2M Barrel Bar 

  • Fully Trained Bar & Cocktail Bar Staff

  • All Glassware For Our Bar Service

  • All Bar & Cocktail Making Equipment

  • A Full Menu To Include Cocktails, Spirits & Mixers, Beers, Ales, Ciders, Wine & Soft Drinks

  • A Menu To Display On The Day

Typically for a wedding of 100+ guests, we would charge a £300 security deposit with a £1750 minimum bar spend on the night which is easily achievable. On the off chance that the minimum spend is not met (highly, highly unlikely) then the difference would just be taken out of the security deposit before it's refunded to you. We can provide services for under 100 guests, please do email us for a personalised quote.

Depending on your location, there may be a small hire fee to cover travel costs,

We provide our bar services for over 100 weddings per year so you can trust us to provide the best possible service for  your guests.

FULL WEDDING BAR SERVICE
​

If you would like to offer your guests a free bar at your wedding or a couple of free drinks, then this is the option for you. We can offer packages such as a number of drinks free for your guests and then move onto a cash bar or we can offer a fully inclusive price so the drinks are free all night. We try to keep this to a single price per head to make it easy for you.

For our full wedding bar service, we would supply the following:

 

  • Our Wooden Bar Structure Or Our 2M Barrel Bar

  • Fully Trained Bar & Cocktail Bar Staff

  • All Glassware For Our Bar Service

  • All Bar & Cocktail Making Equipment

  • A Full Menu To Include Cocktails, Spirits & Mixers, Beers, Ales, Ciders, Wine & Soft Drinks

  • A Menu To Display On The Day

Packages start from £15 per head. 

WEDDING DAY DRINKS PACKAGE

If you would like us to supply the welcome drink and the table wine, we can do this for you. We have the full day drinks package which is ideal for those of you who dont want the hassle of organising this yourself. The full day drinks package would include:

​

  • A welcome drink per guest (usually Prosecco / bottled beer /soft drinks but we can take requests if you have somerything else in mind)

  • 1/2 Bottle of wine for the table

  • 1 glass of Prosecco for the toast

  • All glassware for these drinks

  • Staff to run the service

 

Prices start from £12.50 per head.

 

We can then move onto either the cash bar service or the full bar service above for you.
