We can offer some fantastic drinks packages to accompany our vintage bar and staff to create the full bar experience. We have created the following packages for you which we feel work perfectly for weddings and events.

 

The following packages have been created for 100+ guests but we can cater for smaller events. Do contact us if you have any drinks requirements. 

 

Cash Bar Service

A cash bar service is one of the most popular option for weddings. The guests can pay for their drinks when they come to the bar. We will have a selection of cocktails, wine, beer, cider & spirits available for them. 

 

Our cash bar service can be added to any of our vintage bar services we offer. For a cash bar service within 30 miles of our office (GU15 3DX), We would charge a £150 deposit with a minimum spend of £1000 for the evening for 100 guests. 

 

Full Day Drinks Package

  • A welcome cocktail per guest

  • 1/2 Bottle of wine for the table

  • 1 glass of Prosecco for the toast

  • All glassware for these drinks

 

Prices start from £8 per head.

 

This package can then be a cash bar for the evening with the guests or we can continue to serve the drinks with us keeping a tab for you which would be payable at the end. This service works perfect with any of our vintage bar services and we would also include all glassware for the drinks services. 

Drinks Packages

Drinks Per Person & Fully Inclusive Bar Service

We can offer a bar service to include all aspects of the service in a drinks per person package to make it easy for you. We can offer a service of up to 5 hours to include the following:

 

  • Fully trained cocktail bartenders

  • Our 2.5M vintage bar & apple crate back bar

  • All cocktail making equipment to make the cocktails such as shakers, strainers, muddlers etc

  • All glassware for the bar service to include the mason jars and vintage glassware

  • 2 x Kilner drinks dispensers with unlimited Pimms

  • All ingredients for the drinks including alcohol, mixers, ice and fruit

  • A menu to display on the day. 

 

3 Drinks Per Person Package: £15 per head

4 Drinks Per Person Package: £18 per head

5 Drinks Per Person Package: £21 per head

All inclusive price: £25 per head.  

 

Based on 100+ guests at a venue within 50 miles of our Office in GU15 3DX. If your guests numbers are less than 100 or you are further than 50 miles away, contact us for a tailored quote.

Custom Bar Package

We can create custom drinks packages for your event to your exact need. We don’t ask you to fit into one of our packages, we can fit the drinks package around your requirements. Please do email us on info@vintagebarcompany.co.uk with your requirements and we’d be happy to help.
